Products of eloona GmbH

eloona GmbH carries three product families. Knitted wire mesh is the material: a three-dimensional structure made of interlooped wires, produced on circular knitting machines. Separation cassettes and wound filters are ready-to-install components manufactured from this material.

Knitted Wire Mesh
Formable material for filtration, damping, separation, and protection. Available as knitted sleeves, knitted cords, and in special shapes, among others.
Separation Cassettes
Ready-to-install filter modules for the separation of droplets, mist, aerosols, and particles from air and gas streams, for example in industrial filtration systems and in commercial kitchen technology.
Wound Filters
Compact filter elements made of knitted wire mesh for the separation of liquid droplets from gaseous media, for example in evaporators, gas scrubbers, and steam boilers.

Developments and Fields of Application of eloona GmbH

In addition to the three product families, eloona GmbH develops custom components made of knitted wire mesh. The company calls this area Developments and divides it into ten fields of application:

A development project at eloona takes place in five steps: requirements analysis, concept phase, sample construction and prototyping, validation and approval, as well as implementation in the application. The components are used in process engineering, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, energy technology, wind energy, safety technology, environmental technology, the chemical industry, and food technology, among others.

eloona GmbH manufactures at the Pleinfeld site. Knitted wire meshes are produced there on circular knitting machines, and the sheet metal parts of the separation cassettes are processed by laser. The input materials originate predominantly from the EU.
